The service
Crash! is a free two-player rummy card game provided by AlmostAnEngineer Ltd. By playing you agree to these terms and to our privacy notice.
Your account
You are responsible for the email address and device you sign in with, and for keeping your sign-in codes to yourself. Choose a player tag that isn't offensive or impersonating someone else — we may reset tags that are.
Fair play
Don't cheat, automate play, probe the service for weaknesses, or interfere with other players' games. We may suspend accounts that do.
Security testing exception. Security researchers are welcome to cheat, automate or probe Crash! while they are the only human player in a game (for example, playing against a computer opponent or a second account they control). Any findings must be emailed to daniel@almostanengineer.co.uk before they are shared publicly. The research must not disrupt games involving other players, make the service unstable, or consume excessive bandwidth.
Availability
The game is provided as-is and free of charge. We may change, pause or withdraw features at any time, and we don't guarantee uninterrupted play or that games in progress will always be preserved.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, AlmostAnEngineer Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from using Crash!. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Ending things
You can delete your account at any time from your account page. We may close accounts that breach these terms.
Law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Questions: daniel@almostanengineer.co.uk.
